Infinity

Smaller insurance companies also have carbon footprints. But being out of the public eye though shields many from doing what Infinity does today. Infinity has the first climate neutral fleets in insurance. Not only is this great for the earth, it's good for business too.

Many people have never heard of Infinity and it's really too bad. This company has a lot to be proud of. Not a behemoth of TV or Internet advertising, Infinity takes a very strategic approach to insurance. The company is certainly not a "cast a big net" type of operation. But, in terms of insurance company ratings, this insurer gets the nod from all the most important indicators of security. A.M. Best, S&P, Moody's and Fitch all say Infinity is a strong company.

Okay, enough about financial strength. Let's talk environmental strength. Infinity has the strongest environmental policy of any small insurance company. For a company of just over 2000 employees, the efforts toward eco-friendliness are outstanding. Infinity encourages all employees to be part of their We Care program. We Care starts with a recycling program that has helped recycle over 150 tons of waste so far. Infinity is also the first insurance company to operate what they call a climate neutral fleet. By operating an exclusively hybrid fleet, the company has decreased fleet operating costs, improved fuel efficiency, and greatly reduced the green house gas emissions created by the fleet.
